Users can generate plots or ASCII Output for Lat-Lon Map (Area Plot), Time series, and Hovmoller diagram. The animation is available only for Lat-Lon Map. Selecting here or the Help buttons will open a new window with detailed help. More details about the data are also available.

Data Description

NOBM Assimilated Monthly Global Products

The data products available for analysis here are output from the NASA Ocean Biogeochemical Model (NOBM). They are: Total Chlorophyll, Diatoms, Chlorophytes, Cyanobacteria, Coccolithophores (expressed in units of mg / m³), nitrate (µMol), and mixed layer depth (meters). Full documentation of the model is found in (Gregg and Casey 2006; Gregg 2006) (see Documentation)
